HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Apprehending a hit-and-run driver is often difficult, as many flee due to intoxication, lack of a valid license, or fear of legal consequences. With hit-and-run crashes making up about 11% of all accidents—and California recording 490 fatal incidents in 2022—victims and their families are left seeking answers and justice.
“Having the proper resources is crucial to investigate a hit-and-run accident case and prove negligence,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner of Bond Legal. “Independent investigations can uncover critical details, including road conditions, signage visibility, lighting, and witness accounts. These steps are vital in securing compensation and accountability when a loved one is lost due to a hit-and-run.”
WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM
The family members of Pedro Rodriguez Jr. may be entitled to a wrongful death claim. Family members of wrongful death victims may seek damages for loss of companionship, pain, suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident.
“We understand just what families are forced to go through, and having their rights protected is vital,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner with Bond Legal. “A wrongful death lawyer will stay updated on the official investigation and help ensure that their best interests are taken care of. Relatives of wrongful death victims are entitled to seek damages for the loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident.”
