STANTON, CA, (June 23, 2025) - A 66-year-old man, Jeffery DeLaRosa, was tragically killed in a hit-and-run on June 22 in Stanton.
Jeffery DeLaRosa, 66, tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run crash on June 22 in Stanton, according to authorities.
Authorities say DeLaRosa was struck by a white 2007–2015 Nissan Rogue around 8:30 p.m. near Katella Avenue and Date Street. The driver fled eastbound on Katella toward Beach Boulevard, leaving the victim at the scene, where he was pronounced dead.
The vehicle is believed to have front-end damage. The crash remains under investigation.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver who fatally struck Jeffery DeLaRosa in Stanton on June 22.
