CRASH INVESTIGATION NEEDED

Young Harvajja Sims’s family is left devastated by her sudden and tragic passing. As they mourn the loss of a beloved daughter and recent high school graduate, they also face the difficult path of seeking justice and accountability.

In times like these, it is crucial for grieving families to consider seeking legal guidance. An experienced wrongful death attorney can independently investigate the crash, preserve key evidence, and deal with insurance companies that often attempt to push for early, inadequate settlements.

“Insurance companies are financially motivated to limit compensation and do not factor in the long-term consequences and suffering those victims will ultimately experience,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal and a veteran auto accident attorney. “Attorneys vigorously advocate for their clients to ensure that they are treated with respect and compensated fairly.”

A skilled attorney also serves as a compassionate advocate—helping families navigate the legal process, protect their rights, and focus on healing.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

The family members of Harvajja Sims may be entitled to a wrongful death claim. Family members of wrongful death victims may seek damages for loss of companionship, pain, suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident.

“We understand just what families are forced to go through, and having their rights protected is vital,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner with Bond Legal. “A wrongful death lawyer will stay updated on the official investigation and help ensure that their best interests are taken care of. Relatives of wrongful death victims are entitled to seek damages for the loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident.”
