FATAL DWI CRASH INVESTIGATION

Each day, an average of 34 people lose their lives in drunk-driving crashes across the country — equating to one death every 42 minutes. In California alone, alcohol-impaired driving was responsible for 32 percent of the 4,285 traffic fatalities reported in 2021.

Drunk driving severely impairs a motorist’s judgment, coordination, and reaction time, dramatically increasing the risk of catastrophic accidents like the one involving Max Rouette.

“These crashes are preventable and often result in immense suffering for innocent victims and their families,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal and a national analyst for The Legal Advocate. “In addition to criminal proceedings, the family of a victim may pursue a civil lawsuit against the responsible party. A seasoned attorney can help protect the family’s rights, provide compassionate guidance, and hold negligent drivers fully accountable.”

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

The family members of Max Rouette may be entitled to a wrongful death claim. Such claims allow families to seek compensation for loss of companionship, emotional distress, pain, and suffering following a tragic or catastrophic accident.

“We understand the immense grief families endure after the sudden loss of a loved one, and protecting their rights is essential,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner of Bond Legal. “A wrongful death attorney will stay informed on the investigation and advocate for the family’s best interests, ensuring they receive the support and justice they deserve.
