FATAL MOTORCYCLE CRASH INVESTIGATION

Motorcycles are significantly less visible than larger vehicles, which makes it essential for drivers to check their blind spots, use turn signals properly, and maintain a safe following distance to help prevent serious collisions.

According to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), motorcycle fatalities accounted for 15 percent of all motor vehicle deaths in 2023.

“Motorcyclists are arguably the most vulnerable motorists on the road,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner of Bond Legal.

Bond, a seasoned motorcycle accident attorney, emphasized that in tragic cases like this, it is critical to conduct an independent investigation to protect the rights of the victim’s family.

“Blind spots, inexperienced drivers, and distracted motorists are frequent causes of these types of crashes,” Bond added. “An attorney can act as a compassionate advocate, helping guide a grieving family through this difficult time while ensuring that those responsible are held accountable under the law.”
