CRASH INVESTIGATION NEEDED

Drunk driving continues to claim thousands of lives across the United States each year—tragic losses that are entirely preventable. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), an estimated 12,429 people were killed in crashes involving a driver with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08% or higher.

In cases like this, an independent investigation is crucial to determine all contributing factors, including toxicology results and the exact BAC of the suspected driver.

“An attorney can serve as a strong advocate during such an incredibly painful time,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal and a seasoned DUI accident attorney. “Our role is to protect victims’ rights and ensure that negligent drivers are held fully accountable for their reckless actions.”

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Pending the investigation results, the family members of Aldo Rodriguez Cazarez may be entitled to a wrongful death claim for medical and funeral expenses, loss of love and companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional trauma.

“An incident is considered a wrongful death when a person or entity engages in a negligent or reckless act that leads to someone’s death,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal.

“When fatal crashes involve unsafe driving, impairment, speeding, or reckless behavior, surviving family members have the right to seek justice through a civil claim against the at-fault party.”
