Wednesday night collision at 135th Street and Archer Avenue
HOMER, IL, (October 09, 2024) - A fatal accident late Wednesday night at the intersection of 135th Street and Archer Avenue led to the death of a motorcyclist.
Declan Fase lost his life on Wednesday when his motorcycle was struck by another motor vehicle at 135th Street and Archer Avenue.
Emergency responders from Northwest Homer Fire arrived at around 9:45 p.m. to find a man lying on the ground after his motorcycle was hit by another vehicle.
The victim, identified by the Will County Coroner as 26-year-old Declan Fase from Frankfort, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Additional information about the vehicle or its driver was not immediately released.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
