DUI CRASH INVESTIGATION
Each year, thousands of lives are lost in preventable drunk driving crashes across the United States. Alcohol consumption impairs reaction time, judgment, and motor coordination, significantly increasing the risk of a serious or fatal crash.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), California reported 4,428 traffic fatalities in 2022—the highest in the nation. Of those, 1,479 involved alcohol-impaired drivers.
Independent investigations are often necessary to determine additional factors, including the driver's blood-alcohol content, vehicle speed, and other potential forms of negligence.
WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM
The family members of Caryl Margulies may be entitled to a wrongful death claim. Relatives of wrongful death victims may seek compensation for the loss of companionship, emotional distress, pain, and suffering following a tragic or catastrophic accident.
