HEAD-ON CRASH INVESTIGATION
Head-on accidents are among the most serious motor vehicle crashes due to the force involved when two drivers, usually traveling at high speeds, collide.
Although they account for only two percent of all accidents, they cause 10 percent of all car motor vehicle fatalities. Head-on collisions are often caused by driver error or negligence, including distractions, impairment, drowsiness, and improper passing maneuvers.
Candice Bond, an experienced auto accident attorney, said in cases such as this, it is imperative to have an independent probe conducted into the crash by a seasoned lawyer to better preserve evidence for a victim’s grieving family.
“An attorney can collect the proper evidence to help prove that a driver’s actions were reckless, which requires a variety of resources,” said Bond, Managing Partner of Bond Legal. “As an advocate, an attorney can help compassionately guide a grieving family during this difficult time, protecting their legal rights and best interests, while ensuring that a driver who does not obey traffic laws is held accountable.”
WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM
The family of Alina Safi may have the right to pursue a wrongful death claim. Such claims can provide compensation for loss of companionship, emotional distress, pain and suffering, and other damages following a tragic or catastrophic accident.
“We understand the immense grief families experience, and ensuring their rights are protected is essential,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal. “A wrongful death attorney will closely follow the investigation and work diligently to safeguard the family’s best interests. Loved ones of wrongful death victims deserve justice and fair compensation for the profound loss they have endured.”
