COMMERCE, CA, (August 07, 2025) - A 22-year-old man was killed Thursday night in a collision involving a motor vehicle and a scooter in Commerce.
A 22-year-old man was killed Thursday night in Commerce after a scooter and a vehicle collided, authorities said.
The crash occurred around 11:48 p.m. in the 5900 block of East Slauson Avenue, according to authorities. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner identified the victim as Ruben Madrigal. He tragically died from multiple blunt force injuries.
Details about the circumstances leading to the crash have not yet been released. The incident remains under investigation.
