CRASH INVESTIGATION NEEDED

Head-on crashes are less frequent compared to other types of accidents but often deadly, causing a disproportionately high number of fatalities and severe injuries due to the combined force of impact. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) estimates that 39,345 people died in traffic crashes in 2024.

Candice Bond, an experienced auto accident attorney, said in cases such as this, it is imperative to have an independent probe conducted into the crash by a seasoned lawyer to protect the rights of the victim’s family.

“Time is of the essence in cases such as this, and the family of the victim must ensure that evidence is reviewed efficiently,” said Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal.

“An accident reconstruction team is sometimes needed to help piece together what happened. All of these resources are necessary for helping clients receive monetary compensation for damages or a loss following a collision,” said Bond.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Pending the results of the investigation, the family of Cynthia Medina may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim. Family members of victims lost in catastrophic accidents may seek compensation for damages such as loss of companionship, emotional distress, pain and suffering, and other associated hardships.

“The stress and sorrow can be extremely overwhelming after losing a loved one in an accident,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal.

“We understand just what families are forced to go through, and having their rights protected is vital. A wrongful death attorney can guide them through the legal process while ensuring their interests are safeguarded.”
