A small fire broke out in a 2.5-story frame building at 20 King Place on Feb. 11, prompting an immediate response from emergency crews. Responders reached the location shortly after 10:10 p.m. and contained the blaze inside the structure. Teams are now examining the exterior to confirm no extension of the fire.
