Emergency responders are actively battling a working fire at 265 Cumberland Street. Firefighters have reported heavy flames on side C of the three-story structure, with the rear exposure heavily involved. Crews arrived to discover the building fully engulfed. Lacking ladder truck access, firefighters are relying solely on ground ladders. One hose line has been deployed and is in operation.
