Woman Shot on Rising Sun Avenue in Philadelphia; Two in Custody

A woman suffered a gunshot wound in a shooting incident and was transported to a hospital for care, as police placed two men in custody related to the event. The shooting took place at 4445 Rising Sun Avenue around 4:27 p.m. on Jan. 16. First responders located the female victim with the injury and immediately moved her to a nearby medical facility.
