Firefighters are battling a second-alarm fire at a two-and-a-half story frame house on Hope Avenue early Friday morning, with a victim reported trapped inside. The 1st Responder Wireless News Dispatch team, a division of Belsito Communications Inc., reported fire showing from the structure upon arrival. Search and rescue efforts are underway, and two lines are stretched and operating at the scene.
