A vehicle struck a utility pole on northbound Route 390 at Lexington Avenue early Wednesday morning. Emergency medical services responded to the scene around 8:15 a.m. on Jan. 15. The driver was treated at the site and transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. No serious injuries were reported.
