Authorities responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Jewitt Holmwood Avenue and Valley View in Orchard Park. One of the vehicles veered off the road and plunged 25 feet down an embankment into a wooded area, leaving two people injured but without any entrapment. Fire department crews arrived at the scene, and emergency medical services quickly transported the injured individuals to a hospital for treatment. The crash happened Jan. 11 at 10:56 a.m.
