A vehicle plunged down an embankment at the intersection of Niagara Street and Briggs Street, trapping two occupants inside, first responders reported. Fire department crews have arrived at the scene to address the overturned vehicle. Special operations teams and heavy rescue units have been dispatched to assist with the extrication efforts. Additional personnel are en route, along with a commercial tow truck equipped with specialized lifts.
