A minor fire erupted in a one-story residential building at 216 Congressional Ct. on Jan. 1 at 11:34 a.m. Emergency crews quickly arrived at the scene and began venting the structure to eliminate smoke and confirm the area was secure. Officials reported no injuries from the incident.
