A serious multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 24 eastbound at mile marker 62 overturned a car, ejecting one person and trapping another inside the wreckage late on March 9. Emergency responders, including Engine 26, rushed to the scene after the vehicle veered off the road. Officials confirmed one patient was ejected from the crash, while another remained pinned in the overturned automobile.
