The incident was reported at 4:02 p.m., with initial signals indicating a working fire under code 10-75 and alarm box 4400. Extension of the fire was noted, leading to a delayed response due to heavy involvement, according to dispatch records from the 1st Responder Wireless News Dispatch team, a division of Belsito Communications Inc.
