Authorities with the Delaware Fire & Rescue Service (DFRS) are searching for a person believed to be in the water after clothing was discovered on a riverbank. The operation started early March 7 around 8:31 a.m. following a report of the items. Emergency teams are combing the area for signs of the individual.
