A 43-year-old Rochester resident lost his life after a vehicle breached work zone barriers in a Hilton construction site, causing a parked truck to strike him.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the November 5 incident near Parma Center Road and Bailey Road.
Robert Faber, 43, of Rochester, was part of a road closure crew struck by a moving work truck after a vehicle breached barriers at Bailey Road intersection.
