The blackout affects the region bounded by Thomas Road to the south and Camelback Road to the north, stretching from 43rd Avenue on the west to 63rd Avenue on the east. The incident was first reported at 6:21 p.m. on March 12. SRP crews anticipate restoring full service by 5:06 p.m. PDT.
