A pedestrian was hit by a car at 957 East 26th Ave. in Erie on May 5 around 1:50 p.m. First responders quickly arrived at the scene and confirmed there was no entrapment. Emergency medical services transported the pedestrian by ground to UPMC Hamot for medical care. Authorities are investigating the crash, but additional information has not been released yet.
