A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of East River Road and Blackpoint Road in Rumson, New Jersey. The collision happened Jan. 4 at 1:14 p.m. Emergency medical services responded to assess the injured individual's condition. Officials reported no entrapment in the incident.
