A pedestrian suffered a blow to the head after being hit by a vehicle at the busy intersection of Spring Street and Speedwell Avenue on Jan. 9. Emergency responders arrived shortly after the 5:07 p.m. incident to discover the victim had lost consciousness. There was no entrapment, allowing medics to offer immediate aid without extrication efforts.
