A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of 9th Street and Fairview Street in Camden early Monday morning. Emergency responders arrived at approximately 6:59 a.m. on Jan. 6 and found one person down in the roadway suffering from severe leg injuries. A tourniquet was immediately applied to control the bleeding.
