A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being struck by a New Jersey Transit bus, according to emergency responders. The collision took place March 16 around 6:27 a.m. at the intersection of Freeway Drive East and Evergreen Place in East Orange. First responders assessed the victim on-site, with additional medical personnel heading to the scene for support.
