Pedestrian Hit by Car at Shore Road and Bayside Avenue

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Shore Road and Bayside Avenue in Baxter Estates on Jan. 13. Emergency medical services from the Port Washington Fire Department responded to the scene and transported the victim to North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. The pedestrian was listed in stable condition upon arrival.
