Authorities are searching for a hit-and-run driver after a deadly head-on crash that killed two people on Vista Del Mar Avenue near Culver Boulevard.

The collision occurred around 4:34 a.m. on May 3. A white Jeep Cherokee heading southbound in the 6800 block veered into the northbound lane and struck a blue BMW. The Jeep's driver abandoned the vehicle and escaped on foot.
