A person was airlifted to a hospital after suffering severe burns in a structure fire, according to authorities. Emergency crews responded to the 900 block of Pine Street in Freeland around 4:23 p.m. on March 14 for reports of flames. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered one victim with serious injuries from the blaze.
