A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle on Route 10 in Roxbury. The crash occurred at 275 Route 10, resulting in traumatic injuries and loss of consciousness for the pedestrian. Medevac helicopter transport is underway, while emergency medical services continue to evaluate the scene and additional medics are en route.
