Firefighters responded to a blaze at a two-story motel early Thursday, where one person suffered burn injuries. Emergency crews were dispatched to 605 North Wildwood Blvd. following a first alarm call at 7:56 a.m. on Jan. 2. Upon arrival, responders found flames in the structure, prompting the addition of a Rapid Intervention Team. Emergency medical services were requested for a burn victim at the scene.
