The collision claimed the lives of two individuals and left two others with injuries requiring hospital treatment.
Natalia Andrea Acevedo Mendez, 21, of Tampa, was killed as a passenger in a sedan whose 24-year-old driver also died in Chicago.

A sedan traveling eastbound in the 300 block of West 35th Street lost control, crossed the median, and struck a westbound SUV, authorities said.
