Fire crews swiftly extinguished a minor kitchen fire at a two-story single-family home on 413 N Ivy Ave. Initial assessment by Medic-303 revealed no visible smoke from outside, with the occupant safely positioned on the porch. Firefighters entered the residence and confirmed the blaze was contained to the kitchen, which they quickly suppressed. Engine-306 assisted by checking for any fire extension.
