A minor fire broke out in the basement of a home at 33 Pondside Drive on Jan. 18 at 2:20 p.m. The blaze was confined to the countertop area and did not pose a significant threat. Fire and medical personnel responded to the scene. No injuries were reported, and the incident was resolved without further complications.
