Firefighters responded to a major blaze at a three-story storefront with apartments above in North Philadelphia early Monday. The incident was reported at 2874 N. Lee St., Box 2519, where heavy fire was showing from the structure. Command upgraded the response to all hands due to the intensity of the flames.
