CRASH INVESTIGATION NEEDED

According to Candice Bond, an experienced auto accident attorney, single-vehicle crashes are often the result of preventable factors such as driver error, speeding, impaired driving, or other forms of unsafe behavior. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) reports that approximately 53 percent of all fatal crashes in the United States involve a single vehicle.

Bond stressed that while law enforcement conducts its own investigation, it is equally important for a victim’s family to seek an independent investigation by a skilled attorney to preserve critical evidence and safeguard their rights.

“In addition to a police report, an attorney will carefully review what may have contributed to the crash,” said Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal. “An experienced lawyer has the resources to hire expert witnesses, conduct background checks, identify potential eyewitnesses, and evaluate insurance coverage.”

She added, “Serving as an advocate, an attorney can compassionately guide families through this tragic time while ensuring their legal rights are fully protected.”

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

The family members of Jianzhong Tan may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim following the tragic single-vehicle crash. Such claims may allow families to seek compensation for loss of companionship, emotional distress, pain, and suffering after a devastating incident.

“We understand just what families are forced to go through, and having their rights protected is vital,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal. “A wrongful death lawyer will closely follow the investigation and work to ensure the family’s best interests are represented throughout the legal process.”

Bond emphasized that families deserve strong legal support during such difficult times. “Relatives of wrongful death victims have the right to seek justice and full compensation for their loss,” she added.
