The District of Columbia Fire Department responded to an apartment building where elevated carbon monoxide levels were detected, resulting in the complete evacuation of the property. A hazardous materials unit was sent to the location to evaluate and address the dangerous situation. The event took place on March 8 around 11 p.m.
