Firefighters responded to heavy smoke billowing from the Elkridge Recycling Facility after a piece of machinery caught fire inside the building. Battalion Chief 1 reported from the scene that the fire was contained to the machinery, with no injuries reported. The incident was dispatched as a box alarm.
