Firefighters are battling heavy smoke at a three-story mixed-occupancy residential building in Philadelphia, with reports of a possible person still inside. The incident was reported at 535 High Street, Box 1905, around 7:00 a.m. on March 17. Command reported heavy smoke from the structure, measured at 15 by 35 feet. Crews are placing a 2x2 in service, with Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) and medical units added to the scene.
