Firefighters responded to a garage fire in the rear of a private dwelling early Friday morning. The incident occurred at 1128 45th St., near the corner of 12th Ave. in Brooklyn. Dispatched under Box 2703 with a 10-75 signal, the call came in at 3:42 a.m. on Jan. 9.
