PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
According to OSHA, about 4,700 workers are killed on the job each year. Workers in transportation and material moving occupations and construction and extraction occupations accounted for nearly half of all fatal occupational injuries (47.4 percent).
While the cause and liability of the crash are being investigated, Candice Bond, an experienced accident attorney, said that it is imperative to have an independent investigation conducted by a seasoned attorney.
“Road conditions, visibility, and lighting are all possible contributing factors considered and examined,” added Bond, a Managing Partner with Bond Legal.
“An accident reconstruction team is sometimes needed to help piece together what happened. All of these resources are necessary for helping clients receive monetary compensation for damages or a loss following a collision,” said Bond.
PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Pending the investigation, the family of Francisco Rodriguez Nunez may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim. Family members of wrongful death victims can seek damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident.
“The stress and sorrow after losing a loved one in an accident can be overwhelming,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner with Bond Legal.
“We understand what families must endure, and protecting their rights is essential. A wrongful death attorney will stay informed on the investigation and ensure that their legal rights and best interests are safeguarded.”
“An attorney can protect families from large insurance companies and their legal teams while thoroughly reviewing the facts of the accident. They will advocate vigorously to ensure the family’s rights are fully upheld.”
