Firefighters responded to a water damage incident at a commercial building at 736 Route 17 Northbound in Paramus on Jan. 4. A broken sprinkler pipe led to significant flooding, with about 2 feet of water building up in the basement. Emergency crews quickly secured the water supply to prevent additional damage.
