Firefighters Tackle Downed Power Lines at River Road and Route 31

Emergency crews from the local fire department are on scene at the intersection of River Road and Route 31, where power lines have reportedly fallen. The call came in on March 13 at around 10:57 p.m. Officials are warning motorists to steer clear of the area because of the dangers from the downed wires. There are no reports of injuries so far, and the reason for the lines coming down is still being investigated.
