Firefighters are responding to a working fire in the basement of a multi-dwelling at 331 Vermont St. The blaze was reported Jan. 6 at 9:54 p.m. Initial reports indicate flames were visible from the basement when crews arrived. Bars on the windows are complicating access efforts.
