Firefighters responded to reports of smoke at a three-story brick building in Boston's South End neighborhood. The incident, Box 2214, was called in at 7:03 p.m. on Jan. 16. Crews from Ladder 26 arrived to find visible smoke coming from the first floor of the occupied structure at 951 Tremont St.
