Firefighters quickly addressed a natural gas leak at a residence on Devon Landing Drive in Amagansett. Emergency crews were called to 27 Devon Landing Dr. on Jan. 15, where they secured the area and vented the gas to eliminate any hazards.

The fire department arrived around 7:06 p.m. and had the situation under control shortly after. No injuries occurred, and officials declared the area safe following the response.
