Firefighters Quickly Extinguish Minor Stove Fire in Cherry Hill Apartments

A small stove top fire was swiftly put out by firefighters upon their arrival at the Weinberg Commons apartment complex on Springdale Road on Jan. 18. Command reports indicate the flames were already extinguished when crews reached the scene. Firefighters remained on site with two engines and a ladder truck to ventilate the area and inspect for any fire spread.
